Chez Bushwick is a safe haven for all performers, artists, staff and visitors.
SIgn RENTAL AGREEMENT
Before renting space at Chez Bushwick, all new renters must sign a rental agreement that includes our liability waiver and studio usage policies. Please email signed rental agreements to studio@jonahbokaer.net.
We also ask you to schedule a 5-10 minute phone call with us to go over important logistics regarding renting with us, such as getting in and out of the building and how to book rehearsals.
SEND US YOUR RENTAL REQUEStS
We don’t do online bookings. Renters must email the studio directly with their rental requests. If still available, the studio will confirm those requests via email. Rentals are first come, first serve.
We recommend submitting requests AT LEAST 72 HOURS before your desired date/time. Studio availability is on our online calendar. We accept rental requests up to 3 months in advance of today’s date. We kindly ask you to refrain from booking half-hour rental blocks - full hours preferred.
payment
Prepayments are appreciated - payments are due at the time of your rental. We accept online payments and cash payments in our studio drop box. Members get discounted rental rates, and prepayments confirm your booking!
Cancellations + Rescheduling
Cancellations/rescheduling for rehearsals must be made at least one week in advance, otherwise the rental fee is still due.
In cases of rare events (weather, etc.), we will either refund or offer credit towards future rentals.
